  • Why should I insure my property? 
This property is one of my own buy to lets and the property below complained of a leak coming through from the bathroom.  Our floor was rotten due to failed bathroom seal in the past and many botched repairs by a previous owner.  I made a claim to my insurance provider and was able to replace the full bathroom with the majority of the costs being met by the insurer.  A big thanks to Mark Gorton from JJEM Plumbing for the new bathroom. #insurance #landlordsinsurance #covered #bathroomrefurb #landlord #property #propertyinvestor #propertyinvestors

  • Landlord insurance is a must if the property has a mortgage.  After having to make two claims this month, one due to a failed bath seal in my property and another for water damage from a property above I can definitely say my policies have been worth their weight in gold.  Happy to chat over any insurance requirements you may have.

  • A few weeks ago my Tuesday morning started like this.. FLEXI-HOSES!! The one next door burst, was left for over 12 hours and flooded into our unit next door... Saturated carpet that required professional drying by @extremecarpetcleaninggong. Let this be a lesson to all, please check and renew your Flexi- hoses AND ensure you’ve got up to date landlords insurance policies. #peterfitzgeraldrealestate #propertymanagersyoucantrust
