I gotta admit I was very Skeptical about home workouts. I have always been a Gym/Fitness Facility believer, but now that I look back I think I only liked the gym so that I could take cool selfies and to check in and tag the facility. Now that’s just me I know that a lot of people do put in work 🏋️♂️ and get amazing results! And that’s because at the end of the day systems work as long and YOU put in the work. 🚀
I’m not saying I will never attend a gym or fitness facility, what I’am saying is that at this stage of my life when time is very limited.. 30-40 minutes workouts at home have helped me lose over 25 lbs and now working on building muscle mass. The best part about it is that my program has not only helped us lose the weight but has helped us make a smooth transition from losing weight to making it a lifestyle. And that’s what we were looking for long term results. 🚀
