  • So true right!!! There are so many homeless people who don’t have this luxury.

I really think about this on nights that are really cold, and I’m at home with my family with the heater on. I think of how all the homeless get through each night.

Be grateful. Having a roof over your head is a true blessing🙏

  • Day 28/75 complete. •

This past weekend was the most difficult. •

My son had his 14th birthday party at the house and there were hot dogs, ice cream cakes, oreo balls, and I felt like having a drink with 30+ teenagers running around. •

I stuck to my goal and it was an empowering experience to have that control of my life. •

You really don't realize how much bad shit you put into your body until you have to say no to just about everything being served at a simple birthday party. •

I'm still in the fight! •

  • Monday thoughts:

1. I cant believe all the cardio I did during prep on no calories. Cardio now, with all the food is so much easier and I'm actually really proud of those sessions where I wanted to cry because i was so tired because I pushed thru and got em done.

2. I got a rad booty pump from my new programming from my unicorn coach @kaitcaversfitness 🍑. 3. I might not ever take these leggings off ever again.  New favorite pants!!😁 4. If you got 99 problems, sleep will fix pretty much all of them.
