When I’m feeling “not so into it” I remind myself of why I first started training.. It was for my mind, the aesthetics just came, I do this because I feel fkn amazing afterwards.

I haven't had the same motivation I usually have to do what needs to be done. It can be really damn hard to find that motivating drive. It took a few things to remind me that I have to stay disciplined in order to reach my goals. #discipline#dedication#determination#goals

It’s Tuesday - let’s explore another trick!
This week we are looking closer at a contortion move: the Bridge / Staircase.
⭐️Have you ever heard (or thought): „You make it look so easy!“
👉Here comes the secret: making something look smooth and effortless requires a lot of work, disciplined training with attention to detail. .
👉When you learn a move, make sure to respect all the little steps in the right order - and REPEAT!
👉The details for Bridge (Dropback) & Staircase, especially for you: .
1) PLACE YOUR FEET a little wider than hip width apart and slightly turned out - this will help your hip flexor.
2) Engage your abdomen and LENGTHEN the whole body UP .
3) Push your buttocks back, while REACHING your straight arms up and pushing them back.
4) BEND your upper back as far back as possible.
5) Shoulders and arms stay strong, while pushing your HIPS FORWARD. ! Make sure that your upper back stays bent and your arms stay back ! 6) Engage your buttocks maximum. When your hips are all the way forward, bend your knees and push them FORWARD until your hands touch the ground. .
👉Staircase: 7) Make sure that your shoulders stay ABOVE the wrists.
8) Push your hips toward the ground, while keeping your knees BACK (don't let them come forward).
