Fortunately, the driver was not injured. This happened years ago in a LeMans championship race where the Porsche racing car got caught up through the air in a dangerous hill.
The car was completely wrecked but the driver managed to get out walking.🙏

People need to learn to slow down. The lady that was being treated by the paramedics was screaming in pain. I shake my head and flip people off when drivers are upset with me for driving the speed limit. #caraccidents love the #firstresponders

Truth 👌with 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐬.
We are a dynamical system fully capable of adapting to our environment and stressors applied to us.
Cars do not evolutionarily adapt over time to ensure survivability.
Yes, as time goes on we will age and eventually die. BUT this does NOT mean we have “wear and tear” like a car or that we require maintenance care from a mechanic.
We are resilient and capable creatures.
Taking care of yourself means managing life stressors appropriately, engaging in meaningful exercise, eating sufficient calories based on goals, sleeping, and engaging in social activities. And full disclosure my strong bias says supplement with external iron via resistance training.
Remember this the next time someone wants to discuss such silly BS.

⚡️Slow down your breath. Try this exercise: inhale for the count of 4, hold for 2, exhale for 6. Repeat 3-5 times.
⚡️Where our attention goes, energy flows. Shift your focus on the good things in life. List on paper or in your head 10-15 things you’re grateful for.
⚡️Turn on some good music! Music had an amazing way of boosting your mood. You can listen to calming yoga tunes or your favorite hype song.
⚡️Remember that stress doesn’t last forever! It’s okay to feel this way - and often the stressful times are teaching us the best lessons. You are stronger than whatever it is you are facing! 🙌🏼💖
